What is the COST of having this event at my church?

THREE (3) people travel for this event. Matt, Scott, and a road/tech manager. 
 

FIRST -  We keep it VERY simple so that ANY size church can afford this event. One church in TX used this event as a fundraiser and sold 300 tickets at $25 each and made thousands of dollars toward their cause. 

SECOND -  For ONE, LOW, FLAT FEE WE INCLUDE:

• ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES (flights, milage) for THREE (3)

 

• TWO (2) Hotel Rooms

 

• RENTAL CAR (if needed)

 

• FUEL FOR RENTAL CAR

 

• ALL AIRLINE BAG FEES

• ALL MEAL EXPENSES FOR THREE (3) PEOPLE

(THIS IS HUGE AND INCREDIBLE!) ALSO INCLUDED in the flat fee will be a fully customized, full-color promotional print package.

 

You'll get:

 

• Up to 1000 full-color, customized tickets

 

• 1000 full-color 8.5x5.5 customized mini posters

 

• 1000 full-color 4x4 customized invite cards (about the size of a drink coaster)

 

• 25 full-color large customized posters

 

• A customized full-color vinyl banner with sewn hems & grommets.

• FREE RADIO commercial, ready to air on all your local stations. (LISTEN BELOW) **You are responsible for getting it on the air. 

 

ALL THIS ABOVE IS INCLUDED in your flat fee! As you may be well aware, full-color printing can be very expensive, but we've worked it out to be able to INCLUDE this in your package! This saves you A LOT!! We want to help you PACK IT OUT!

 

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL THAT IS INCLUDED!

 

You will also get an Excel spreadsheet after the event with all the contact information of every person who attended the concert event. Information such as this is a valuable commodity today and this list of concert goers will be invaluable to you for follow up purposes as a local church. You can also use it for promoting future events. You'll have a great list of people who like to attend concerts!

LAST - If you want the option with the ENTIRE FULL BAND, email or call us and we can discuss it. It is REALLY awesome with the full band!!

You are MORE than welcome (even encouraged) to sell tickets and
KEEP ALL THE TICKET SALES (you could potentially make money on this event... many churches have)! Or you can receive a Love Offering to help recoup your investment. Or you can just pay for it and make it free to your community. A few churches have asked local businesses to underwrite the cost since it is for the entire community and have had it all paid for that way. It's all up to you. As mentioned above, many have used this as a fundraiser and raised a lot of money for great causes. 

The total cost for this special FantasticFriday concert event is only $3800. This includes EVERYTHING mentioned above. You DO NOT have to book a hotel, or books flights, or reimburse for a rental car. You DO NOT have to pay for Matt's or Scott's meals... that is ALL INCLUDED. 

REMEMBER -- You'll get THOUSANDS of pieces of professionally printed promotional items FREE as part of the package to help you promote this event and PACK OUT YOUR PLACE! If you sell 380 tickets at $10 each, you just had a FREE EVENT!! If you sell more, you keep the rest! However, this main thing is NOT ABOUT MONEY... it's about HELPING you as a local church reach more people with the Gospel. 

DON'T FORGET -- You can also get local businesses to help underwrite this event. IF we know in time, we can print their business logos on the posters, etc. for advertisement for their investment.
